Create new end item with data copied from existing item.
Change the Description and other relevant item master and BOM data.
Create Change Notice
Change Notice is approved by the Sustainment Engineer.

Expected Results

New item should have all of the pre-existing item master data from the item which was copied, as well as the new data which was added or edited (item master and BOM data).
