Steps To Execute
Login as: RF-SMART Token Login 1. Select the Inventory Status Change function 2. Select location. 3. Click on the item field to key in the item to have the status changed. 3a. Hit the arrow key on the keyboard to accept the item entered. 4. Click on the Bin field to key in the bin number where the item will have the inventory status changed. 4a. Hit the arrow key on the keyboard to accept the bin number. 5. In the drop down listing select the Inventory Status you want to change to. 6. Click on the Qty field to enter the quantity of inventory that needs to have the inventory status changed. 6a. Hit the arrow key on the keyboard to accept the quantity entered. 6b. The transaction will be submitted. 5a. Green Success bar to indicate transaction was completed.
Expected Results
User to confirm: Was able to select an inventory status from the list. Green success message, indicating inventory status was updated. Lead to confirm:Inventory status was updated on the inventory in Netsuite.
