Steps To Execute
Login into Netsuite as a Manager Role to set the script to run on a schedule and set the item to be tested. 1. Navigate To Custom>Scripting>Script Deployments and click on Script Deployments. 2. Confirm the filter for Type is set to All. 3. Look for the script titled RF-SMART Generate Bin Replenishment 3a. Click view for the script to open. 3b. Hit edit on the script when open. 4. Scroll to the Parameters Sub-tab and click on that tab. 4a. To ensure the script will run in a timely manner, update the Parameters with a specific Item. This will be the Item number that you have setup to require a replenishment. 4b. Confirm the location is set to OKC Mfg. 5. Click on the Schedule sub-tab. 5a. Set the Start Date to the current date you are doing this test. 5b. Set the Start Time as close to your current time. Only has 30 minute increments, so you will want to choose the next closest time to your current time. 6. at the top right of the screen confirm the Status is set to Scheduled. 7. at the top left of the page, hit the dropdown and choose Save. 7a. The script will start running on the start time you selected, to create the planned bin transfer for the item. 8. Navigate in Netsuite to, RF-SMART>Inventory Features>Bin Replenishment and click on Bin Replenishment. 9. There should be some planned bin transfers in the listing that show a created date that is the current date. 9a. The status on these should show Pending. 9b. The item should be the one you entered on the script and it should show the from bin and to bin details.
Expected Results
Manager to Confirm: Planned bin transfers were created for items that needed replenishing.
