Steps To Execute
Login with RF-SMART Token login. Choose the Kimray All Functions Menu Select the Kimray Work Order Issue Components LP function. 1. Select Location field and update location if not already set to your location. 1a. If employee preference default location if set, it will already populate the location, and allow to change. 2. Select Order field and enter in the work order number to be issued. 2a. hit the arrow key on the keyboard to enter the work order entered. 2b. alternatively you can click the load orders button and scroll down to select the work order number. 3. Issuing components from License Plates: 4. User to select Alt LP to see license plates exist that have the same vendor number. This will help determine if they need to use another vendor that has enough inventory to issue complete to the order. 4a. click on the license plate that you want to issue components from. Note, when in the warehouse you will want to note the bin number and physically go there before selecting the License plate. 5. Click in the Qty field to enter the quantity to be issued for the component. 5a. Enter a quantity that is more than the quantity remaining for the component item. 5b. Should be prompted with red cannot over issue at the bottom of the screen. (Screen shot needed) 5c. If the red message was prompted, this is a pass for the test case. NOTE: This should be the last test case of this run. If so, please issue all remaining components in remaining quantities and submit the issue.
Expected Results
Fusion Kimray - Warehouse Operator User received an error message that they can not over issue the item. User not allowed to over issue.
