TC-01108 : FIN INV ITEM LOCATION COST ACCT STATUS - Confirm the Item>Location Cost Accounting Status

Steps To Execute

Role: Kimray Cost Accountant, Kimray Cost Supervisor

1. Query up the Item record in NetSuite in the Global Search

2. Navigate to the Accounting tab > Standard Cost subtab

3.  Confirm the Cost Accounting Status is "Complete" for the Location in question.

4.  Alternatively, use the saved search called "Costing Engine Status" to view any Item/Location combinations which are not currently in "Complete" status.

Expected Results

1. Item>Location Cost Accounting Status has been confirmed as Complete.  Inventory impacting transactions for test  runs/test cases can now be reviewed, as the costing engine has costed transactions in question.
