Steps To Execute
Log in with RF-SMART Tokin login Select the Kimray All Function Menu Select the WOR Completion Only function 1. Click on the location field to set location to OKC Mfg. 2. Scan the work order from the traveler. 2a. Alternatively you could Hit Load Work Orders button to then find and select the work order. 3.Tap/Click the Work Order Operation, that is labelled with box/crate. (By Tapping/Clicking the Operation you are starting the capture of labor time (JOB ON) for this operation. 4. You will have started the operation and will be taken back to the function listing. 5. Choose the WOR Completion Only function. 6. Scan the Bin For Completion. 6a. This will be the completion bin for your area. 7. Confirm Inventory status is set on Good. 8. Scan a serial number that will be completed. 8a. The serial number should show in the bottom of the screen within a few seconds. 8b. Continue to scan more serials if there are more to complete. NOTE: If you are doing a partial Test Run, you will need to make sure you don't scan all serials. 9. Once you have scanned all serials, you will Click "Done". (You will need screen capture of the green success message) 9a. This will create a completion record in Netsuite. (This Will also (JOB OFF) and stop labor capture. Warehouse Manager Role to login into Netsuite. 10. In the search bar, key in the work order number to review. 10a. Select the work order. 10b. scroll down to the sub-tabs and select the Releated Records tab. 10c. Choose the work order completion record to review. Note: Look for the completion record that has the highest number, (example: if you see WC10, WC11, WC12, you should click on WC12). 10d. Click on the inventory detail box, (box with green check mark), to see the details of the completed inventory. 10e. The serial numbers should match what the user scanned into RF-SMART.
Expected Results
Work Order Completion Created and Finished Good Incremented Into a Completion Bin.
