Steps To Execute
Interface: Classic Role(s): Kimray - Outsourced Manufacturing Scheduler; Kimray - Purchasing Manager; Kimray - Buyer 1. Navigate to the Non-Conformance Report. - Locate the NCR via the Work Order by navigating to the Inspection tab > Non-Conformance Report subtab. -or- - Typing the NCR # into the Global Search -or- - Using the user specific NCR saved search. (TBD) 2. Validate the following Header information on the Non-Conformance Report (NCR). - Item - Created From (Work Order) 3. Validate the following Research/Opportunity tab information. - Quantity Affected - Responsible Party - Defect Type - Initial Findings - Original Location 4. Validate and Review Root Cause Analysis information. 5. Validate the Disposition/CAI Assignment tab information. - Quantity Failed - Disposition should be 'Return to Vendor'. - Validate 'Return to Vendor Reason Code' is populated. 6. Click the 'Edit' button on the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) enter the following fields: - Component (Manually Selected) [This is the item that will be on the Purchase Order selected below] - Purchase Order (Manually Entered) if applicable ** To locate the Purchase Order, you will need to navigate to the Work Order > Custom > Kimray WO Issued Component Detail list. Identify the Component and Purchase Order associated with the NCR detail. - Vendor - Originating Location 7. Click 'Save'. 8. at the tope of the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) click the 'Un-issue WO Component" button. 9. Validate that their is a Inventory Adjustment hyperlink in the "Linked Inventory Adjustment" field. - Click the Inventory Adjustment. - On the Inventory Adjustment record, validate that the returned products Inventory Detail by clicking the Inventory Detail checkbox icon and confirm the following: *** Bin = SupplierNCReturn *** Status = Supplier Non-Conforming 10. At the top of the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) click the "Create Vendor Return" button. 11. A "Loading Box" will appear. 12. Once the "Loading Box" is no longer visible. Note the "Vendor Return'' field is populated with the Venfor Return Authorization.
Expected Results
1. The user successfully navigates to the Non-Conformance Report (NCR). 2. The Header information of the Non-Conformance Report is validated. 3. The Research/Opportunity tab inforation is validated. 4. The Root Cause Analysis tab information is validated. 5. The Disposition/CAI Assignment tab information is validated. 6. The user successfully Edits the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) and populates the following: - - Purchase Order (Manually Entered) if applicable - Vendor - Originating Location 7. The User successfully saves the Non-Conformance Report. 8. The user clicks the "Un-issue WO Components" button. 9. A Inventory Adjustment is populated in the Linked Inventory Adjustment field. 10. The user successfully clicks the "Create Rework Work Ordre Button'. 11. The "Loading Box" appears. 12. The 'Linked Rework Work Order' field is populated with the OM Rework Work Order.
