Steps To Execute
Role: Kimray - Quality Tech 1. Navigate to Quality Management > QMS Tablet > Right click on Tablet and open in a new tab. This opens the QMS Tablet. 2. Go back to NetSuite. Navigate to QM Advanced Manufacturing > Tablet Data Entry > Right click on Tablet and open in a new tab. This opens the AM Tablet. 3. On the AM Tablet, find the Work Order for the item being inspected. Click on the sequence in which the Quality Inspection is being performed at a Quality work center. (NOTE: Make sure under AM Tablet settings, Real Time is selected as the Data Entry Mode.) 4. Click Start if the sequence hasn't started already. 5. Switch over to the QMS Tablet and click on the line for the item to be inspected. 6. Select the Samples Inspected and click on the Table icon on the right and fill out the data fields appropriately to pass all data fields. 7. Set the Defect Count to 0. 8. Click Record. 9. Click Finish Inspection. 10. Switch back to the AM Tablet and click Enter Production. 11. Enter the quantity to complete the sequence. 12. Click Stop.
Expected Results
Quality inspection results are recorded. 1. Using the Global Search Bar, type "sea: Kimray - QM Quality Inspection Results" and click on the first result. 2. Confirm that the Quality Inspection was recorded for the correct item and transaction.
