Steps To Execute
Role: Kimray Quality Tech 1. Using the Global Search Bar, type "sea: Kimray - QM Quality Inspection Results," and click on the first result. 2. Click on the Item Receipt of the failed inspection that needs a NCR. 3. Under the Inspection subtab, click on New Non-Conformance Report button. 4. Enter the following information: Item - select the item from the item receipt Quantity Affected - enter the quantity received Affected Team Responsible Party = Supplier Quality Defect Type Sample Size Print Specification NS QMS Specification Initial Findings Originating Location Originating Work Center Originating Bin Originating Vendor WC NC Type Holding Bin 5. Click on Save.
Expected Results
Non-Conformance Report record is saved and can be found under the item receipt.
