Steps To Execute

Login as Fusion Kimray - Warehouse Manager



1. Navigate to work order in one of the below statuses by Transactions > Manufacturing > Enter work order lists.

-  Released or In Process

- Planned : Change status to released.

2. Click 'View' to open Work Order form.

3. Click 'Issue Components'

4. Under the 'Components' subtab enter quantity and inventory detail that is LESS than the original quantity for 1 or more components. (e.g. NetSuite provides quantity of 10, enter 5).

5. Click 'Save'



Maestro User

1. Refresh data from NetSuite to Maestro.

2. Navigate to Allocation table

3. Identify Work Order used in NetSuite steps.

4. Validate the remaining quantities needed in the Allocation table match the remaining quantities needed in NetSuite based upon the Work Order Issue and Bill of Materials quantities.

Expected Results

The quantities remaining required match the difference of the Bill of Materials required material and the Work Order Issue quantity created.
