Steps To Execute
Login as Fusion Kimray - Store Ops 1. Navigate to Sales Orders by Transactions > Sales > Enter Sales Orders > Lists 2. On the List identify a Sales Order in 'Pending Fulfillment' status. 3. Navigate to the 'Items' subtab and identify a Sales Order line that has 'Available' quantity. This means there is inventory in the location to fully or partially fulfill the Sales Order. 4. Click on the Item name on the Sales Order line and open the record in another tab. 5. Navigate to the 'Inventory Detail' subtab, and the 'Inventory Statuses' sub-subtab. 6. Apply a filter for the appropriate Location 7. Identify the total Quantity that is On Hand. 8. Go back to the Sales Order 9. Click 'Fulfill' at the top of the Sales Order page. 10. On the Item Fulfillment Page enter the following information. Header Information - Status = Shipped Line Information - Inventory Detail - Select Quantity, Bin, and Serial Numbers (if required) 11. Click Save. 12. Re-open or Refresh the Item Record.. 15. Navigate to the 'Inventory Detail' subtab, and the 'Inventory Statuses' sub-subtab. 16. Apply a filter for the appropriate Location 17. Identify the new total Quantity that is On Hand. Maestro User 1. Refresh NetSuite data to Maestro. 2. Navigate to the Independent Demand table. 3. Validate that the Sales Order line is no longe reflected if fully fulfilled, or only the quantity remaining is reflected if partially fulfilled. 4. Navigate to the On Hand table. 5. Validate that the total quantity (Nettable and NoNet) is equalt to the quantity reflected in NetSuite after fulfillment of the Sales Order.
Expected Results
The Sales Order is no longer reflected as Independent Demand if fully fulfilled, or the remainig quantity is reflected if partially fulfilled. The On Hand quantity is reduced equal to the amount fulfilled on the Sales Order.
