Steps To Execute
Login as Fusion Kimray - Fusion Kimray - Senior ERP Tech Dev or Administrator 1. Navigate to a Customer record by Lists ; Relationships ; Customers. 2. Identify a customer record and click 'Edit' 3. Identify the Customer Category field. 4. Click the + next to the multi-select field 5. In the popup menu create a new Customer Category 6. Click 'Save' 7. Apply the new Customer Category to the Customer Record. 7. Click 'Save' on the Customer Record. Maestro user 1. Refresh NetSuite data to Maestro. 2. Navigate to Customer Group table. 3. Validate the Customer Category created in previous steps was created in Maestro. 4. Navigate to Customer record updated in previous steps. 5. Validate that the new Customer Group was assigned to the Customer record in Maestro.
Expected Results
The customer group and customer record are updated in Maestro to reflect the new Customer Category
