Steps To Execute
Interface: Classic Role(s): Kimray - Supply Chain Manager; Kimray - Outsourced Manufacturing Scheduler; Kimray - Scheduler; Kimray - Scheduling Manager 1. Navigate to Advanced Manufacturing > Generate Traveler(s) > Kimray: Shop Floor Packet. 2. The Kimray: Generate Work Order Documents page will appear. 3. Select/Populated the Work Order Filter Options - Location - Status Filter - Work Order Type/Assy Shop Cat - Work Center - Select Document - Data Criteria - Start Date - End Date 4. Once the filters are defined, click the 'List Work Orders' button. 5. The Work Orders associated with the filters will appear in the Work Order table. 6. Check the Print checkbox for each Work Order you desire to print a Shop Floor Packet for. 7. Once all Work Orders are selected, click the 'Submit Print Job' button. 8. Click the 'Refresh' button. 9. The Shop Floor Packet Files section will apear. 10. Click the "Kimray Taveler Consolidated XXX" hyperlink. 11. In a new browser tab, the Shop Floor Packets PDFs will appear. 12. The user prints the Shop Floor Packets.
Expected Results
1. The user navigates to Kimray: Shop Floor Packet. 2. The Kimray: Generate Work Order Documents page appears. 3. The user selects and populates the Work Order Filter Options. 4. The 'List Work Orders' button is successfully clicked. 5. The Work Orders appear. 6. The user successfully checks the Print checkbox for each Work Order that needs to be printed. 7. The user clicks the 'Submit Print Job' button. 8. The user successfully clicks the 'Refresh' button. 9. The Shop Floor Packet Files section appears. 10. The user clicks the file hyperlink. 11. The Shop Floor Packet PDF appears in a new browser tab. 12. The user successfully prints the Shop Floor Packets.
