Steps To Execute
Interface: Classic Role(s): Kimray - Outsourced Manufacturing Scheduler; Kimray - Scheduling Manager; Kimray - Supply Chain Manager 1. Navigate to Transactions > Manufacturing > Enter Work Orders > List -or- Type Work Order # into the Global Search Bar -or- Use the "Kimray Fusion - Planned Outsourced Manufacturing Work Orders" saved search. 2. Validate that the Work Order is still in the Planned status. *Please note, you can ONLY update a Manufacturing Operation Task while the Work Order is in the Planned status. 3. Navigate to the Operations tab. 4. Click 'Edit' for the Operation you are wanting to update the Run Time 5. The Manufacturing Operation Task record will appear in Edit mode 6. Locate the Setup Time (Min) and Run Rate (Min/Unit) field(s) in the Operation Overview section 7. Update the Setup Time (Min) and Run Rate (Min/Unit) fields accordingly 8. Click 'Save'. 9. On the Operations tab, scroll right and not the Setup Time (Min) and Run Rate (Min/Unit) fields reflect the update(s). Additionally, note that the Start Dates and End Dates have updated for the Operations effected.
Expected Results
1. User successfully locates the Outsourced Manufacturing Work Order from Maestro 2. The user validates that the Work Order status is Planned. 3. The user navigates to the Operations tab. 4. The user clicks the correct 'Edit' hyperlink. 5. The Manufacturing Operation Task record appears in Edit mode. 6. The Setup Time (Min) and Run Rate (Min/Unit) field(s) are located. 7. The Setup Time (Min) and Run Rate (Min/Unit) field(s) are correctly updated based on desired outcome. 8. The Manufacturing Operation Task record is saved. 9. The Setup Time (Min) and Run Rate (Min/Unit) correctly reflect the change/update. The Start Date and End Date are recalculated
