Steps To Execute
Login as: Kimray - Field Service Technician, Kimray - Service Supervisor, Kimray - Repair Tech, Kimray - Customer Support Specialist, Kimray - Customer Support Specialist - Intl, Kimray - Sales & Service Manager Step 1: Enter the Sales Order Number Created in Test Case TC-246 or TC-247 into the Global Search bar. Open the Sales Order Step 2: Click the "Work Order" hyperlink at the line level of the item. Step 3: Confirm Work Order Details Step 4: Save Work Order Step 5: Click the "Print BOM" button. Step 6: Click the "Print Traveler" button. Step 7: Click the "Generate Serial Numbers" button Confirm BOM Confirm BOM Revision Confirm Quantity Step 8: Click Submit Step 9: Release Work Order
Expected Results
Able to set dates manually. Work Order is Created and Linked to the original Sales Order. Serial Number(s) are automatically generated after cicking the correct button Serial numbers should be saved under the custom Kimray Serial Number tab on the work order. BOM is opened in another tab on the screen Traveler is opened in another tab on the screen Able to physically print BOM and Traveler and all information can be seen on the printout
