Login as: Kimray - Product & Customer Support Technician Kimray - Product & Customer Support Manager Create a Sales Order using a Kimray Store Customer using a Non-Journalized Item with a Description of the Item Typed into the Description Field of the Line Item. Step 1: Navigate To: Transactions ; Sales ; Enter Sales Order Step 2: Select a Kimray - Non-Inventory Store Customer Step 3: Enter the Following Details on the Sales Order Set the Location: OKC Mfg Enter a Customer Contact Select Shipping Carrier/Shipping Method Set the ""Ship To Select"" address Step 4: Enter NON-INVENTORY" Item(s) to be shipped and Enter a Description of the products being shipped. Step 5: Enter Email Address Under the ""Communication Subtab"" if desired. If No Email is to be sent. Uncheck the ""To Be Emailed"" check box. Step 6: Click Save"
Expected Results
Sales Order Should be Saved with a Sales Order Number.
