Login as: - Kimray - Customer Support Specialist - Kimray - Product & Customer Support Technician - Kimray - Product & Customer Support Manager - Kimray - Customer Support Specialist - Intl - Kimray - Sales & Service Manager Create a Sales Order using a Kimray General Non-Journalized Customer using a Non-Journalized Item with a Description of the Item Typed into the Description Field of the Line Item. Step 1: Navigate To: Transactions ; Sales ; Enter Sales Order Step 2: Select the "Kimray - NON-INVENTORY External Location" Customer Step 3: Enter the Following Details on the Sales Order Set the Location: Choose a Store Location from Where Product is being Shipped from. Enter a Customer Contact Select Shipping Carrier/Shipping Method Set the "Ship To Select" address Step 4: Enter "NON-INVENTORY" Item(s) to be shipped and Enter a Description of the products being shipped. Step 5: Enter Email Address Under the "Communication Subtab" if desired. If No Email is to be sent. Uncheck the "To Be Emailed" check box. Step 6: Click Save
Expected Results
Sales Order Should be Saved with a Sales Order Number.
