Login as: Kimray - Field Service Technician Kimray - Service Supervisor Kimray - Repair TechKimray - Customer Support Specialist Kimray - Customer Support Specialist - Intl Kimray - Sales & Service Manager Step 1: Navigate To Lists ; Support ; Cases Step 2: Open Case Created in TC-07061 Step 3: Click on Related Record Subtab Step 4: Click "Transactions" Sublist Step 5: Click "Work Order" Hyperlink Step 6: Enter Repair Item - For Testing Use "AARR" Step 7: Enter Location Step 8: Verify BOM, BOM Revision and Routing Step 9: Change Status To "Released" For Testing. This would only be released if all components are available for repair in Production.
