Login as: Kimray - Field Service Technician Kimray - Service SupervisorKimray - Repair Tech Kimray - Customer Support Specialist Kimray - Product & Customer Support Technician Kimray - Product & Customer Support Manager Kimray - Store Sales Kimray - Customer Support Specialist - Intl Kimray - Sales & Service Manager Create a Sales Order using using a Restricted Item: Step 1: Navigate: Transactions ; Sales ; Enter Sales Orders Step 2: Select a Customer (Use "1 Source Control Products" for Unit Testing) Step 3: Enter the Following Details on the Sales Order Set Location to OKC Mfg Enter a Customer PO# Enter a Customer Contact Select Shipping Carrier/Shipping Method Set the "Ship To Select" address Step 4: Enter a Restricted Item (For Testing - Use any Item Below. . . ) KSL38 Click "Add" button to add to the item to the sales order. Step 5: Click Save
Expected Results
Popup message will alert user with message - "Item(s) you?ve added to the order have geographical restrictions. Please verify that the ship-to address falls within the allowed region. " A List of Items that are restricted will also be included in the popup. Sales Order Created
