Login as: Kimray - Field Service Technician Kimray - Service Supervisor Kimray - Repair Tech Kimray - Customer Support Specialist Kimray - Store Sales Kimray - Customer Support Specialist - Intl Kimray - Sales Service Manager Kimray - Product Customer Support Technician Kimray - Product Customer Support Manager Step 1: Navigate: Transactions > Sales > Enter Sales Orders Step 2: Enter The Following Details Customer (Use 1 Source Control Products) Enter PO# Customer Contact Set Location (For Testing Set Location To Cleburne) Select Shipping Carrier Select Shipping Method Ship To Select Address Step 3: Enter Package Build up Line Item (For Testing Use EFPPS2P and make sure the location at the line level matches the header level location. )Note: The Create Work Order Checkbox is checked by default since the item is set up as a Special Work order Item. Step 4: Save Sales Order Step 5: Email Sales Order From Sales Order ScreenNOTE: Work Order Will Need to be released prior to issuing components in the next test case.
Expected Results
Sales Order and Linked Work Order is Created. Email will also be sent to customer. Promise date and Expected Ship Date should be calculated
