Login as: Kimray - Field Service Technician Kimray - Service Supervisor Kimray - Repair Tech Kimray - Customer Support Specialist Kimray - Product & Customer Support Technician Kimray - Product & Customer Support Manager Kimray - Store Warehouse Specialist Kimray - Customer Support Specialist - Intl Kimray - Sales & Service Manager Step 1: Navigate to Lists ; Warranty and Repairs ; Warranty Registration List Step 2: Click "View" on Out of Warranty Registration. Step 3: Navigate To The Case Created in the Previous Step Step 4: Click The Search Transaction ButtonClick The "Select Transaction" hyperlink next to the Invoice to create an RMA Against. Step 5: Click the "Authorize Return" Button and enter the following details. Return Reason Location To Where Item is Being Returned Update Return Location If ApplicableNote: If the Return Location is Different From The Default Selling Location The Serial Number will need to be copied from the Case Page and Entered Into The Inventory Detail at the Line Level. Update Amount on Line Item To $0 Step 6: Click Save
