Step 1: Navigate: Lists ? Warranty and Repairs ? Warranty Registration List
Step 2: Click "View" on the Warranty Registration
Step 3: Click "Create Claim" button

Select Case Type

Select Case Issue

Select Origin

Select Failure Reason

Select Action: For this test case, choose "Repair"

Step 4: Enter "Outgoing From Support Rep" message
Step 5: Click Save

Expected Results

Warranty Case Record Will be Created
