Login as: Kimray - Field Service Technician Kimray - Service Supervisor Kimray - Repair Tech Kimray - Customer Support Specialist Kimray - Sales & Service Manager Step 1: Navigate to Lists > Support > Cases Step 2: Click View on the Case from the List That is being Worked. Step 3: Click the Custom Subtab Step 4: Click on The Return Authorization Created in Test Case TC-1436 tep 5: Click the "Create SO" button. Step 6: Enter Sales Order Required Fields Enter the PO# (Replacement Sales Order) Validate Location Validate Shipping Carrier and Shipping Method Enter Contact Click "Repair Order" Checkbox. Step 7: Validate The "Create WO" Check Box is Checked.
