Fusion - Open RMA's with $0 Value

Step 1: A workflow is scheduled (frequency TBD)

Step 2: As an Admin role:

Navigate: Customizations ? Workflows ? Workflows

Find the workflow named: Auto Close $0 RMA's

Click on the hyperlink

Click Edit

Click the pencil icon to the right

Step 3: Click Save
