Log in as: Kimray - Field Service Technician Kimray - Service Supervisor Kimray - Repair Tech Kimray - Customer Support Specialist Kimray - Store Sales Kimray - Customer Support Specialist - Intl Kimray - Sales & Service Manager Kimray - Product & Customer Support Technician Kimray - Product & Customer Support Manager Step 1: Navigate To Sales Order from Global Search Step 2: Click on Communication Subtab Step 3: Click Email Button Step 4: Validate or Update Email Address and Enter Additional Email if Applicable Step 5: On the Message Subtab Choose a Template Or Create Body of Email Step 6: Update Subject Line Step 7: Click Attachments Subtab - Attach Additional Document If Desired - Ensure that "Include Transaction" Check box is selected to include the Sales Order Transaction as an attachment to the email. Step 8: Click Preview Button to Preview the email or Merge and Send to Send Email.
Expected Results
Email is sent to customer with valid information.
