Log in as:Kimray - Field Service TechnicianKimray - Service SupervisorKimray - Repair TechKimray - Customer Support SpecialistKimray - Customer Support Specialist - IntlKimray - Sales & Service ManagerKimray - Store Warehouse Specialist 1. Navigate to Activities > Scheduling > Phone Calls> New 2. Fill in required fields: subject, Date/time, Status, Phone, etc. 3. Add an associated Task if a task already exists for this phone call. 4. In the 'Message' add any notes regarding the phone call that occurred. 5. Click 'Save'.
