Steps To Execute
Login as: Kimray - Field Service Technician Kimray - Service Supervisor Kimray - Repair Tech Kimray - Customer Support Specialist Kimray - Customer Support Specialist - Intl Kimray - Sales & Service Manager Instructions: Select the Location Enter the Item Item Entry Details: Enter a non-assembly item that is serialized and/or non-serialized Enter an assembly item type that is serialized and/or non-serialized Prompts: Prompt user for the quantity to be unbuilt Prompt user for the assembly item inventory details For serialized items, prompt for the serial number being unbuilt Note: The bin and inventory status will be pulled in based on where the serial number appears in NetSuite
Expected Results
User gets an error that the item is not a valid item to be unbuilt when entering an item type that is not an assembly item type. User to enter an item that is inactive to confirm they get an error the item is not an active item. User to enter an assembly item to confirm the item is accepted and the next prompt is shown to the user.
