Steps To Execute
Login as: Kimray - Field Service Technician Kimray - Service Supervisor Kimray - Repair Tech Kimray - Customer Support Specialist Kimray - Customer Support Specialist - Intl Kimray - Sales & Service Manager Instructions: Select the Location Enter the Item Prompt user for the quantity to be unbuilt Quantity must be greater than one RF-Smart will Prompt user for the assembly item inventory details For Serialized Items: RF-Smart will Prompt for the serial numbers being unbuilt The bin and inventory status will be pulled in automatically based on where the serial numbers exist in NetSuite Users must enter multiple serial numbers matching the total quantity to unbuild For Lot Numbered Items: RF-Smart will Prompt for the Lot# Enter the quantity of that Lot# Enter the bin where the Lot# is being unbuilt Enter the inventory status for that Lot# Users must ensure the entered details match the quantity to unbuild For Non-Lot / Non-Serialized Assemblies: RF-Smart will Prompt for the bin, quantity, and inventory status Quantity must be greater than one Details must match the quantity to unbuild Final Steps: After all inventory details are entered, the user will click Done The data will populate the Assembly Unbuild record Enter or select the bin to unbuild the component inventory User will submit the transaction to complete the unbuild A green success message will confirm that the unbuild is complete Post-Unbuild Prompt: RF-Smart will Prompt user: ?Do you need to issue components to a work order?? If No, continue with the submit process to unbuild component quantity to the selected bin User may also click Skip if there is no work order to issue to Note: Kimray will manage transferring or adjusting those components.
Expected Results
Non-serialized assembly item will not prompt for serial number. Serialized assembly item will prompt for serial number. The components are unbuilt to the selected unbuild bin and show to be in Netsuite in that bin. The components unbuilt match the BOM revision that is current for the item unbuilt. The quantity of components issued are equal to the BOM quantity multiplied by the quantity of the item unbuilt.
