Steps To Execute
Log in as: Kimray - Service Supervisor Kimray - Customer Support Specialist Kimray - Customer Support Specialist - Intl Kimray - Sales & Service Manager Go to Transactions > Sales > Fulfill Orders > List Find the Item Fulfillment you want to delete. Click View next to the fulfillment. Verify the status is Shipped and the associated Sales or Transfer Order has been invoicesd or recieved. Click Edit at the top of the record. Click Delete at the bottom or top of the record. Click OK to confirm.
Expected Results
A workflow/script should stop the item fulfillment from being deleted since it's in the shipped status and invoiced.
