Steps To Execute
Login as: Kimray - Service Supervisor Kimray - Customer Support Specialist Kimray - Customer Support Specialist - Intl Kimray - Sales & Service Manager Navigate in Netsuite to Transactions>Stock Count (LP 2.0)>RF-SMART LP 2.0 Create Stock Count Note: This can be used for Bin or LP counts being done. READ Prerequisites before creating the count, so that you add specific LPs to the count. Set the Subsidiary and Location you are counting. Provide a Name for the count being created. Flag the box for Count LP Only If counting LPs to ensure the count is created to count inventory on license plates. If not counting LPs, do not flag this box and only items not on LPs will be added to the count form. NOTE: Can only count LPs or non LPs in the same count. Flag the box for Use Directed Count if doing a directed count. If not doing a directed count, do not flag this. Populate other filters as needed for the specific count being created. (E. g. item filter From Bin, To Bin, counting groups). If doing a directed count Select the "Apply Filters" button to pull items that fit the criteria selected. Either "Mark All" or individually check the box beside each item that you want to count. If not doing a directed count you will not have the Apply Filters option, instead you will go to the next step. Hit the Submit button to then have the count created. NOTE: Will need to hit the Refresh button until status is Open. Hit the Start Count button to make count available to be counted.
