Log in as: Kimray - Customer Support Specialist Kimray - Customer Support Specialist - Intl Kimray - Product & Customer Support Manager Kimray - Product & Customer Support Tech Kimray - Repair Tech Kimray - Sales & Services Manager Kimray - Service Supervisor Go to: Transactions > Customers > Return Authorizations > List. Open an RMA Record: Click View on an existing Return Authorization. Hover over the Print icon and select Print Validate Layout: Check the PDF for required data, layout, labels, and branding as defined in specifications.
