Steps To Execute
Login as: Kimray - Field Service Technician Kimray - Customer Support Specialist Kimray - Customer Support Specialist - Intl Kimray - Product & Customer Support Manager Kimray - Product & Customer Support Tech Kimray - Repair Tech Kimray - Sales & Services Manager Kimray - Service Supervisor Step 1. Opportunities > Transactions > Sales Order Step 2. Sales Order list loads Step 3. Find the Sales Order that needs to be edited Step 4. Click View next to the SO that needs to be resent OR Step 1. Enter the Sales Order number in Global Search Step 2. Click the Sales Order from the drop down under Global Search Step 3. Sales Order form loads Once the Sales Order loads: To Print - - Hover over "Printer" icon and select "Print" - A new window opens with a pdf of the SO that you can print to your local printer To Email - Hover over the "Actions" drop down and select "Email" - A pop up window opens with a customizable email form - Complete the email to your satisfacation, - Click "Merge & Send" - Email is sent to tester in the Test environment - Email is sent to tester in the Test environment
Expected Results
1) Sales Order is printed or received via email. In Sandbox emails will be received by the users that creates them. No outside emails will be sent
