Log in as: Kimray - Field Service Technician Kimray - Customer Support Specialist Kimray - Customer Support Specialist - Intl Kimray - Marketing Kimray - Product & Customer Support Manager Kimray - Product & Customer Support Tech Kimray - Repair Tech Kimray - Sales & Services Manager Kimray - Service Supervisor Kimray - Store Sales Kimray - Store Warehouse Specialist Go to: Lists > Relationships > Customers > New. Validate the form is the Fusion - Kimray Customer Form. Set Type: Under Primary Information, set Customer Type (typically ?Company? or ?Individual? as needed). Enter Name: Fill in the Company Name or Name field. Enable Subcustomer: Check the box labeled Is Subcustomer. In the Parent Customer field that appears, select the appropriate parent customer. Define Relationship Level: Set the Relationship (e.g., "Job" or "Subcustomer") depending on your configuration. Complete Mandatory Fields: Fill in required fields such as Email, Phone, Subsidiary, Status, etc. Save Record: Click Save.
Expected Results
Customer account should create successfully with information populated from the parent account. (Bill-To Address, Group Pricing, Sales Team Member)
