Steps To Execute

Login as:
Kimray - Field Service Technician
Kimray - Service Supervisor
Kimray - Repair Tech
Kimray - Customer Support Specialist
Kimray - Store Sales
Kimray - Customer Support Specialist - Intl
Kimray - Sales Service Manager
Kimray - Product  Customer Support Technician
Kimray - Product Customer Support Manager

Step 1: Navigate to the applicable quote for the package build up

Step 2: Click "Sales Order" button to convert the quote to a sales order

Step 2: Enter The Following Details

Customer 
Enter PO#
Customer Contact
Set Location 
Select Shipping Carrier
Select Shipping Method
Ship To Select Address

 Step 3: Enter Package Build up Line Item (make sure the location at the line level matches the header level location. )Note: The Create Work Order Checkbox is checked by default since the item is set up as a Special Work order Item.

Step 4: Save Sales Order

Expected Results

Sales Order and Linked Work Order is Created.
Promise date and Expected Ship Date should be calculated
