Prerequisites

This is a negative test. Period (e. g.  Dec 2022) has already been closed.

Steps To Execute

Role:  Kimray Accounting Supervisor Kimray AP Supervisor Kimray AR Supervisor Kimray Cost Accountant.

1. Attempt to create a Journal Entry/Vendor Bill/Invoice etc. with a date having a posting period that has been closed.  The posting period will default to the current open period.

Expected Results

No role (including Administrator) can post to a Closed Accounting period.  The posting period will default to the current open period.
