Steps To Execute

As creator of JE attach documentation to JE before submitting for approval.
1.  Under the Communication subtab click on Files to attach a file to submit backing documentation.  Click the + sign next to the Attach Files field and a pop up box appears
2.  Select "Computer" or "Web" to d+D98play where the file is attached from.  Add the file name.  Select the folder and then choose the file to be selected
3.  An alternative way to attach documentation is to use the drag and drop functionality at the top right of the JE page

Expected Results

Observe Submit for Approval button is not available until backing documentation has been added and saved.
