TC-08074 : Update an accounting role within NetSuite with the ability to approve JEs. Make sure the role can then post a manual JE. Change the role back and ensure the role can no longer post a manual JE.

Prerequisites

Role identified for update does not have the permission to approve JEs

Steps To Execute

1.  Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles
2.  Click Edit for the Role to update
3.  On the Transaction subtab, add the Journal Approval Permission and set the Level to Full
4.  Click Save to apply the update
5.  Navigate to a JE Pending Approval and confirm Role can Approve.
6.  Once successful, update the Role in edit mode to remove the Journal Approval Permission.
