Prerequisites
The users menu has access to the RFSMART LP 2. 0 Stock Count Function. There is a stock count in a started status for the users location. Note: This stock count will only count what is actually in the bin and license plate. There will be no variances in this test case.
Steps To Execute
Login with the RF-SMART Token Access Select the Kimray All function Menu Select the Kimray Stock Count Directed LP function. User will select the count number from the list or enter the number if known. User will scan/select the bin to be counted. User will scan the License Plate Number (LPN) they will be counting. If item is a lot or serial item prompt user for the lot or serial number. If Serial Item stay on the serial prompt screen and show all entered serial numbers below the prompt field. The number of serials will show the accumulated quantity. There will be a trashcan icon beside the serials entered. This is used to remove a number that may not be real in case of a wrong barcode scanned. User will hit done if no other serials to be entered. This will take user back to the enter item screen. If item is neither a Lot or Serial item prompt user for the quantity. UOM for item on LPN will be displayed for reference. Take user back to the item entry screen to count another item on the LPN. User to hit Back button if no other items to be counted on the LPN. This will take them back to the LPN entry screen. Hit back again to take user to the Bin entry screen if there are no more LPNs to be counted in the bin. For all items counted the stock count form will be updated to show the actual counted details where the form will show the expected quantities versus the actual quantities including the lot and serial details.
Expected Results
The stock count was available in the listing for the user to select. After entering/scanning the bin to be counted the license plates existing in that bin were shown in the listing. User able to enter/scan the license plate number to be counted. After selection of the LP the user was prompted for the Item to be counted. After entering the item the user was prompted for quantity if the item was not a serialized item. If item was serialized the user was prompted for serial numbers to be scanned or entered. Upon a quantity entry for a nonserialized item user was taken back to the LP listing for the bin being counted. Upon completing serial number entries for a serialized item the user hit the Done button and was taken back to the LP listing for the bin being counted. All LPs counted have turned to a green highlighted background. User hits back button and was taken back to the bin listing. User hits back again to be taken out of the stock count function. The Stock count form was updated with any counted details.
