Prerequisites
Stock Count has already been created and started. The serial number being counted does exist on a different LP. The other LP is on the current stock count to be counted. Note: The bolded sections are required Steps for this test. Nonbolded Steps are needed to get to the test Steps and confirm expected results.
Steps To Execute
Note: you will be counting two bins on this test case. Login with RF-SMART token Access Choose the Kimray All function menu Select the Kimray Stock Count Directed LP function User to set the location to location being counted. User will select the count number from the list or enter the number if known. User will scan/select the bin to be counted. Bin D0212, LP061324 is in this bin already. 24 serials. Serials: 2250900690 through 2250900701, 2250900757 through 2250900768 Now add serial # 2250900713, which is actually on another LP061397. Now count Bin D0213, LP061397. 23 serials Serials: 2250900714 through 2250900724, 2250900731 through 2250900742 Will prompt user if LPN is shown to be in a different bin. User will select Yes to continue counting the LPN. If item is a lot or serial item prompt user for the lot or serial number. If Serial Item stay on the serial prompt screen and show all entered serial numbers below the prompt field. The number of serials will show the accumulated quantity. There will be a trashcan icon beside the serials entered. This is used to remove a number that may not be real in case of a wrong barcode scanned. User will enter a serial number that doesn't exist on the LP being counted. User prompted with message the serial number exists in a different bin. User to select Yes to continue with the count. User will hit done if no other serials to be entered. This will take user back to the enter item screen. If item is neither a Lot or Serial item prompt user for the quantity. UOM for item on LPN will be displayed for reference. Take user back to the item entry screen to count another item on the LPN. User to hit Back button if no other items to be counted on the LPN. This will take them back to the LPN entry screen. Hit back again to take user to the Bin entry screen if there are no more LPNs to be counted in the bin. For all items counted the stock count form will be updated to show the actual counted details where the form will show the expected quantities versus the actual quantities including the lot and serial details.
Expected Results
The user was prompted to let them know the serial is in another bin and do they want to continue. All details counted were captured and the stock count form was updated to show the counted details. Upon approval the license plate and inventory details were updated to have the serial details moved to the bin and LP counted. Transaction records created in Netsuite to show the adjustments made.
