Prerequisites
The stock count has already been created. The license plate shows to be in the bin being counted.
Steps To Execute
Login with RF-SMART token Access Choose the Kimray All function menu Select the Kimray Stock Count Directed LP function User to set the location to location being counted. User will select the count number from the list or enter the number if known. User will scan/select the bin to be counted. Bin D0422, LP062002 In this instance, the user will hit the zero count button, which will show any inventory on the LP as zero quantity being counted. 1. By counting as zero, and backing out of the bin, if you find the LP in another bin during the count, the user will NOT be able to count the LP in this other bin. This specific scenario is just to show counting as zero and how it updates the count form and approval steps. User will hit the zero icon to show the LPN is not available in the bin being counted. User to hit Back button if no other items to be counted on the LPN. This will take them back to the LPN entry screen. Hit back again to take user to the Bin entry screen if there are no more LPNs to be counted in the bin. For all items counted the stock count form will be updated to show the actual counted details where the form will show the expected quantities versus the actual quantities including the lot and serial details.
Expected Results
The LPN was green highlighted to show the user did select the zero icon. The details not counted were captured and the stock count form was updated to show the noncounted details. Upon approval the license plate and inventory details were updated to have the serial details adjusted out of the bin and LP counted. The LPN will be updated to be empty and inactive. Transaction records created in NetSuite to show the adjustments made.
