Prerequisites

Customer has outstanding overdue balance.

Steps To Execute

1.   Navigate to the Communication subtab on the Customer record
2.   Click Email
3.   Confirm Recipient Email Address.   Add additional recipients if applicable.
4.   On the Message subtab select the Kimray Manual Dunning Template
5.   Customize the message before clicking Merge &amp; Send

Expected Results

Email message contains customized verbiage applied to the Kimray Manual Dunning Template.
