Prerequisites

Customer has outstanding overdue balance.

Steps To Execute

1.  Navigate to the Communication subtab on the Customer record
2.  Click Email
3.  Confirm Recipient Email Address.  Add additional recipients if applicable.
4.  On the Message subtab select the Kimray Manual Dunning Template
5.  On the Attachments subtab the user does not check the Include Statement box

Expected Results

Dunning email is sent without a statement.
