Steps To Execute
Accounting Preferences Role: Kimray Controller Setup ; Accounting ; Accounting Preferences ; Items/Transactions tab Confirm default Price Variance and Quantity Variances accounts have been assigned. Item Price and Quantity Variance Accounts Role: Kimray Cost Accountant Lists ; Accounting ; Items Review a few Items (Inventory Assembly types) Confirm Price Variance and Quantity Variance accounts are assigned to the Item under the Accounting tab
Expected Results
Accounting Preferences These Accounts will be assigned to new items by default upon item creation. Item Price and Quantity Variance Accounts These accounts must be set for item in order to use the Post Vendor Bill Variances function
