Steps To Execute

Create a new part number in Windchill with NetSuite Item Type set as "Assembly Item" and Item Type Description as "Fabricated Item."
Add a BOM for the part.
Create Change Notice in Windchill.

Expected Results

NPN added to Windchill, the engineering item master data and BOM data is applied.
Change Notice is successfully created.
